Need just ONE Hall?

Each rental hall is approximately 875 square feet. 

Rates for single-hall rental are:

$250 for up to 5 hours, + $40 / hour thereafter.

Deposits apply. (See below)

(For  weekly classes or occasional meetings, see below)

Need TWO Halls? (includes kitchen)

Again, each rental hall is approximately 875 square feet.

Rates for renting both meeting halls:

$350 for up to 5 hours, + $60 / hour thereafter

$550 for the entire day 

Deposit applies. (See below)

Wedding parties must rent the entire facility

Need ONE Rental Hall for a WEEKLY or MONTHLY Class or Meeting?

Rates for holding weekly classes (e.g., yoga classes) are:

  • $25 / hour for a weekly class or meeting.
  • $30 / hour for a monthly class or meeting.

Deposit applies. (See below)

Deposits

We require refundable cleaning deposits for all hall rentals as follows:

  • $50 if no food is used.
  • $200 if food is brought in.

NOTE: Because of the potential for staining, our policy is that no red beverages are allowed. See our Policies page for additional relevant information.

A cleaning deposit is also required, as a fully-refundable separate check. The renter is expected to do all set-up and clean-up; we provide the cleaning supplies.
